The Asian Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums (APAVM) Philippines Branch held its Annual Patrons’ dinner at the Manila House, Bonifacio Global City last November 21, 2019.
The activity saw the attendance of more than 30 Patrons and guests including APAVM Chairman, Mr Ben Chang and his wife Kim.
Fr. Kevin Lixey, PAVM International Director also graced the occasion and provided the Philippines Chapter with an update on some of the ongoing projects of the Patrons. Included in his presentation was the restoration of the Bramante Courtyard, which many chapters of the Patrons all over the world are collaborating on at present.
To further spice up the night, The Children’s Choir of the Sister’s of Mary School serenaded the Patrons with Christmas Carols using an array of bells and unique percussion instruments. It was amazing to see so many of them utilizing non-conventional musical tools, come together and fill the room with the magic of their songs.
It was truly a blessed night!
