Patrons digital lectures around the world

It is an honor to see that Patrons from around the globe are promoting our mission with their own digital lecture series.

The last lecture of Treasures from Heaven sponsored by the Asia Chapter will take place this Saturday and will feature the Bramante Courtyard. You can access the lecture series here: https://apavm.com/

Additionally, the Illinois Chapter is sponsoring a series called Rosa Mystica which is a journey of renewal and restoration. For more information click on this link.

Bramante Courtyard’s Pinecone

Within the Bramante Courtyard, which is in its final restoration phase, is the infamous Pinecone. Most recently, restorers dismantled the scaffolding that once surrounded the bronze sculpture. Upon the completion of the restorers’ work, they share their findings with the PAVM. The restorers informed us that from their very first inspections, the surface appeared aged and there was a noticeable presence of the widespread use of old protection agents. A chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning helped match the colors to the original through the use of natural pigments. Thank you to Thrivent for funding the marvelous restoration of the bronze Pinecone.
If you would like to donate and be a part of the legacy within the Bramante Courtyard, you can make a donation on our website
or contact Sophia Spralja donor.relations@patrons.va about making a gift.

All Souls’ Day Mass

On Monday, November 2nd, Fr. Kevin celebrated mass on All Souls’ Day and he brought all the requested names of your beloved deceased to the altar. He celebrated the mass in Tuscany. We hope you were also able to also celebrate and enjoy the Feast Day.
